Warranty Policy

Picklefox offers warranty support for products we retail, either directly or through our brand partners. The process for warranty claims depends on the brand of the paddle.

Picklefox-Managed Warranty Support

Picklefox handles warranty registration and claims for the following brands:

  • Ronbus
  • Pickleball Apes
  • 11SIX24
  • Holbrook
  • Paddletek
  • Joola
  • Selkirk / SLK
  • Franklin (for purchases made after 2nd May 2025)

For all other brands, please refer to the respective brand’s warranty policy and contact them directly for warranty claims.

Picklefox Warranty Terms

  • Warranty on paddles starts from the date the paddle is purchased
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The paddle must have been purchased from Picklefox.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
  • The paddle must be in new condition at the time of purchase.
  • The warranty applies only to manufacturing and workmanship defects.
  • Wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, or modifications (including grip/edgetape installations by Picklefox) void the warranty.
  • Warranty claims will result in a product replacement only—no refunds will be issued.
  • Picklefox reserves the right to determine whether a paddle qualifies for warranty coverage.

How to File a Warranty Claim (Picklefox-Managed Brands)

You can file a warranty claim either online or in-store.

Online Claims

  1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form.
  2. Email shop@picklefox.com with:
    1. A short video showing the defect.
    2. Proof of purchase.
  3. We aim to respond within 7 working days. Please allow 7–14 working days for full processing.

Note: Only paddles are eligible for warranty claims.

In-Store Claims

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday–Friday: 12pm–8pm
  • Saturday–Sunday: 11am–5pm

Please bring your paddle and a valid receipt or proof of purchase. You will be asked to fill in a Warranty Form. We aim to respond within 7 working days and complete processing within 14 working days.
