We want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Picklefox offers refunds or exchanges subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Any signs of use (e.g., scuffed edge guards, markings, unwrapped handles) will void eligibility.
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All items will undergo inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Returns
- Returns will only be processed after item inspection and approval.

Customers may choose between:
- A refund minus a 20% restocking fee, or
- A full-value store credit (no restocking fee)
- Store credit will be issued as a digital voucher and does not expire.
Exchanges

Approved exchanges are handled as follows:
- If the replacement item costs less, the balance will be returned as store credit.
- If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
- Return and reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Exchanges will only be issued after inspection and approval.
Return Delivery Options
You may return or exchange your item by:
- Shipping it to Picklefox (customer covers shipping), or
- Dropping it off at our retail store
Please allow up to 7 working days for inspection after we receive your item. We will contact you once your request has been reviewed.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Choose between Online or In-Store options:
1. Online Returns & Exchanges
- Complete the Returns & Exchanges Form

Email shop@picklefox.com with:
- Your completed form
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Return shipping details or tracking number
- Our team will respond within 7 working days
- Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Approved refunds will be processed accordingly
- Exchanges will be shipped (shipping cost applies)
2. In-Store Returns & Exchanges
- Bring your item and proof of purchase to our store
- Complete a Returns & Exchanges Form at the counter
- We will inspect the item and process your request within 7 working days

Additional Notes
- Picklefox reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet policy conditions.

Unapproved returns will be:
- Returned to the customer (at their expense), or
- Discarded if unclaimed within 14 days
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Use a trackable shipping service and consider insurance.
- This policy applies to retail customers only. Wholesale, sponsored, or promotional orders are excluded.
