The story of Friday is one of serendipity.

Two groups of friends coincidentally started their own version of Friday Pickleball at the same time, completely unaware of each other. One was a paddle company out of Brooklyn, the other a content page out of Kansas City.

They took a leap of faith on each other and they've never looked back.

Matt and André first started playing pickleball in late 2022. When they went to upgrade from their starter paddles, they were shocked to learn that a good paddle was north of $200.

They started Friday Pickleball (the paddle company) in 2023 to see if they could deliver a pro-grade paddle at a fraction of the price.
